We accept Medicare, Arkansas Medicaid, Oklahoma Medicaid, Missouri Medicaid, and most commercial insurances. We suggest that each patient check with their insurance company for details of coverage per their specific policy. We will file insurance as a courtesy to the patient. Co-pays are collected at the time of service.
For OB patients, bring your insurance ID card on your first visit. We will prepare a payment plan depending on the maternity benefits provided by your insurance plan. If you do not have maternity benefits or you do not have insurance, a deposit will be required at the time of your first visit. If your insurance plan requires a referral, please contact your primary care physician and request that a referral be sent to our office. Failure to obtain a referral when required may result in non-payment by your insurance company.
